Nightcliff Community Bank branch of Bendigo Bank

After being utterly frustrated by my experience with the manager at my nearest branch, as well as the holding times for the support line, Jess and his team finally (and very efficiently) resolved the issue with my account.
They never lost their friendliness and sense of humour in all this time; which is more than can probably be said for me ;)
I am so glad that my account still sits with this branch, even though I moved away years ago.
